Job Description
Due to continued growth, Reed are supporting a Professional Services company based in Central Bristol with the recruitment of a Executive Assistant, on a full time, permanent basis.
\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday. 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunchHybrid working: 3 days office/2 days home
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support a dynamic Business Development team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
\nThe Role
\nAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, solutions-focused support to senior stakeholders, helping to drive efficiency and manage multiple priorities across client delivery, business development, and project coordination.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Creating high-quality, bespoke documentation including reports, presentations and client materials \n
- Proofreading and formatting documents to a consistently high standard \n
- Managing diaries and coordinating complex meetings with clients and candidates \n
- Acting as a key point of contact to support communication across internal teams and external stakeholders \n
- Supporting end-to-end project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly \n
- Assisting with CRM updates (Monday.com) and maintaining accurate records \n
- Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules efficiently \n
- Providing ad hoc administrative support, including reception cover when required \n
- Supporting wider business initiatives including CSR and culture activities \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will be:

- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail \n
- Experienced in an office support or EA role, ideally within professional services \n
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset \n
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines \n
- A strong communicator with a professional and personable approach \n
- IT literate, with confidence using CRM systems and MS Office \n
- A collaborative team player who is happy to go above and beyond \n
