This excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly respected Exeter law firm advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees on complex wealth and succession planning matters.

The team advises on high-value and often international matters, offering lawyers exposure to sophisticated client work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload covering:

• Wills and estate planning
\n
• Trusts and trust administration
\n
• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
\n
• Court of Protection matters
\n
• Asset protection and wealth structuring
\n
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees
\n
• Cross-border private client matters
\n

Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
\n
• 4+ years' PQE within private client law
\n
• Experience handling wills, trusts, probate and estate planning matters
\n
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills
\n
• STEP qualification advantageous but not essential
\n
