You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on financial management, ensuring robust reporting while providing the insight needed to drive performance and support investment decisions.Key Responsibilities\n

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic and commercial decision-making.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
\n
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.
\n
• Review financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
\n
• Support investment appraisals, business cases and financial modelling.
\n
• Oversee and prepare financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
\n
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
\n
• Build strong relationships across operational and commercial teams to influence business performance.

About You You'll be a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and translating financial information into meaningful commercial insight. You'll have:\n

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
\n
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• The confidence to challenge, influence and support senior decision-makers.
\n
• A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
