HGV Class 2 Driver – Nottingham (NG6 8YP)

Location: Nottingham, NG6 8YP

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate:£15.28 per hour, increasing to £16.36 per hour after 12 weeks

Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a well-known national delivery company based in Nottingham (NG6 8YP). This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role:

• Multi-drop deliveries to commercial and residential customers.
\n
• Start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
\n
• Standard 8-hour shifts, with overtime available when required.
\n
• Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends off.
\n
• Handballing and palletising of goods as part of your daily duties.
\n
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are made safely and on time.
\n
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stop.
\n

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
\n
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
\n
• Digital Tachograph Card.
\n
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
\n
