\nSalary: £26,562pa
\n40 hrs pw Monday-Friday
\nJob purpose:
\nTo assist customer service team leader with call taking activity and data entry, serving the community in partnership with the NHS Wheelchair Service. This role will report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Answering the telephone in a busy call centre environment whilst obtaining and verifying information from the client and inputting onto computer system \n
- Inputting and retrieving data from the in-house bespoke database. \n
- Scheduling Technicians daily run. \n
- Enhance organisation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and difficult requests. \n
- Problem solving by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions. \n
- Escalating unresolved problems \n
- Adhering to Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work as per the company policy \n
- Any other duties relating to the role as requested by your line manager or the Company. \n
Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic I.T. skills \n
- Good communication skills \n
- Accuracy at record keeping \n
Training will be given.

\nWhile carrying out the work involved with this position, the role will become party to confidential information including service user information. It is of paramount importance that all information is kept on a private and confidential basis and not disclosed to any other person.
