Michael Page are partnering with a business in Poole to recruit a HR Administrator on a 6 month temporary basis.

\nOur client is based in Poole, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the HR team is looking for additional support.
\nDescription

- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and correspondence. \n
- Maintain accurate employee records and update internal systems as required. \n
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate documentation. \n
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations. \n
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. \n
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth induction process. \n
- Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement initiatives. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. \n
Profile
\nA successful HR Admin should have:

- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role. \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. \n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to tasks. \n
- A good understanding of HR policies and procedures within the Transport & Distribution industry. \n
