Job Description

LEGAL ADMINISTRATORA London office of an international law firm is looking for a legal administrator to join the team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This is a junior position, well suited to someone with 1-2 years of office experience looking to gain insight into the legal industry and willing to work hard.LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:\n

  • Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
  • \n
  • Processing expenses
  • \n
  • Supporting with administration and coordination related to business development, including meeting planning
  • \n
  • Supporting the Office Manager with event organisation for business development functions, events and team events
  • \n
  • Running searches on behalf of the lawyers, including Companies House searches and Personal Property Securities Register searches
  • \n
  • Using Elite 3E to complete client billing on behalf of lawyers
  • \n
  • Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers
  • \n
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:\n
    \n
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • \n
