Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow customer portfolio
\n
• Build and expand strategic partnerships and networks
\n
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
\n
• Forecast market trends and future developments
\n
• Share knowledge across the organisation
\n
• Monitor performance and prepare reports
\n
• Analyse markets and competitors
\n
• Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences
\n

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven business development experience in freight forwarding/logistics
\n
• Strong relationship-building skills, including at senior level
\n
• Consistent record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
\n
• Ability to develop and deliver effective sales strategies
\n
• Skilled in negotiation, CRM use, and reporting
\n
• Commercially aware, collaborative, and a confident presenter
