A well-established and growing Commercial Property team in Cambridge is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate (3+ PQE) to join its practice and support continued growth.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial real estate matters within a collaborative and supportive environment, providing both autonomy and access to experienced partners for guidance and development.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
\n
• Secured lending and property finance
\n
• Development work, including options and overage
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Corporate support on acquisitions and disposals
\n

About You

The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with around 3–5 years’ PQE, though candidates outside this range will also be considered. You will bring:

• Solid experience in Commercial Property
\n
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
\n
• The ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
\n
• A proactive, client-focused approach
\n
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
\n
