Junior Estimator / Estimator

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for either an Estimator or Trainee Estimator on behalf of a growing business based in Caterham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in estimating or an experienced Estimator seeking their next role. Full training is available for trainee candidates, alongside genuine long-term career progression.

Salary dependent on experience.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications.
\n
• Preparing estimates and pricing documents.
\n
• Attending site visits where required.
\n
• Liaising with internal teams throughout the tender process.
\n
• Assisting with tender submissions and cost analysis.
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
\n

The successful candidate will:

\n
• Have excellent numerical and organisational skills.
\n
• Be highly detail-oriented.
\n
• Have strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
\n
• Be eager to learn (trainee) or have previous estimating experience within construction or a related sector.
\n
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
