Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE
\nVenn Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Bristol to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team on a permanent basis.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join a busy, collaborative department with an outstanding reputation and a strong local and regional client base. The firm offers high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive working environment.
The Role\nYou will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, developers and lenders.
\nYour work will include:

- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals \n
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants \n
- Property finance and secured lending transactions \n
- Development matters, including site acquisitions and option agreements \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice \n
To be successful, you will:

- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property \n
- Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently \n
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability and commercial awareness \n
- Have outstanding communication and client care skills \n
- Be proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional service \n
