Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE

Venn Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Bristol to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team on a permanent basis.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join a busy, collaborative department with an outstanding reputation and a strong local and regional client base. The firm offers high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive working environment.

The Role\n

You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, developers and lenders.

Your work will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
    • \n
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
    • \n
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions
    • \n
  • Development matters, including site acquisitions and option agreements
    • \n
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice
    • \n
About You\n

To be successful, you will:

    \n
  • Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
    • \n
  • Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently
    • \n
  • Demonstrate excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
    • \n
  • Have outstanding communication and client care skills
    • \n
  • Be proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional service
    • \n
