Tax Director — The Role

As Tax Director, you will take a lead role in the delivery of personal tax advisory services, working closely with partners and clients to provide high-quality, commercially focused advice. You'll be working with a genuinely diverse and interesting client portfolio — from high-net-worth individuals through to complex personal tax matters with an international dimension. This is a role with real scope for influence, both in terms of client relationships and the continued development of the personal tax offering.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and delivering complex personal tax advisory work across a varied client base
\n
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
\n
• Supporting business development and identifying opportunities to grow the personal tax portfolio
\n
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
\n
• Working collaboratively with partners and colleagues across the firm's multiple offices
\n

Tax Director — About You

\n
• CTA qualified (or equivalent)
\n
• Significant personal tax advisory experience gained within a practice environment
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of personal tax matters
\n
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level
\n
• Experience of leading and developing a team
\n
• Commercially minded, with an appetite to contribute to the growth of the practice
\n
