Location: Reigate, Surrey

\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected Independent Financial Planning practice in Reigate that is committed to delivering outstanding advice and exceptional client service. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team, working closely with Financial Advisers and fellow Paraplanners in a supportive and technically focused environment.
The Role\nAs a Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by producing high-quality technical documentation, carrying out research, and helping to deliver tailored financial planning solutions for clients.
\nYou'll enjoy a varied role where you'll be involved in:

- Preparing suitability reports and technical documentation. \n
- Conducting research across pensions, investments and protection products. \n
- Producing financial analysis and supporting recommendations. \n
- Preparing post-meeting documentation, including fund switches and withdrawals. \n
- Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain policy information. \n
- Managing your own workflow while ensuring deadlines are met. \n
- Supporting advisers with client queries and ongoing servicing requirements. \n
- Working collaboratively with the wider client support and operations teams. \n
- Contributing to business projects and regulatory initiatives where required. \n
We're looking for someone who is technically strong, organised and enjoys working in a collaborative financial planning environment.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a Paraplanning or Senior Financial Planning Administrator role. \n
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products. \n
- Experience preparing suitability reports and conducting technical research. \n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. \n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes. \n
- Progress towards, or completion of, Level 4 Diploma qualifications would be advantageous. \n
