\nWe're looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join a collaborative HR Reward team and take ownership of payroll, benefits and pension administration across UK and Jersey entities.

The Role\nAs the subject matter expert for payroll and benefits, you will:

- Manage and reconcile monthly payroll submissions across the UK and Jersey, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. \n
- Oversee payroll reporting, pensions and benefits administration, partnering with providers including ADP, Mercer Marsh and Aviva. \n
- Act as the key contact for employee payroll and benefits queries, providing guidance on parental leave, salary sacrifice arrangements and HMRC-related matters. \n
- Manage the flexible benefits platform (Darwin), including annual enrolment, renewals, testing and employee communications. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits and pension providers, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a seamless employee experience. \n
- Support regulatory requirements including visa-related payroll obligations, international assignments and payroll audits. \n
- Produce payroll and benefits reporting, management information and data insights while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. \n
You'll bring:

- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally using ADP or a similar payroll system. \n
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and payroll reporting. \n
- Experience administering employee benefits and pensions. \n
- Experience managing external supplier and provider relationships. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. \n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
Ideally, you'll also have:

- Experience using the Darwin benefits platform. \n
- Experience within financial services or another regulated environment. \n
- Exposure to international assignments and payroll-related tax considerations. \n
- \n
- A varied role combining payroll, benefits, pensions and vendor management. \n
