\n\nRole Summary
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Financial Planners and Directors to join a growing advisory team in the South West. This role is suited to individuals who enjoy developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and helping shape the future of a growing regional office.
\nCandidates will inherit an established platform while being encouraged to build and develop their own network over time through professional introducers, referrals and local business development activity.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality holistic financial advice to private clients while developing long-term relationships. \n
- Grow your client portfolio through business development, referrals and professional networks. \n
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider regional team to support continued growth. \n
- Provide an excellent client experience while maintaining high regulatory and compliance standards. \n
- Contribute to the continued development of the regional advisory business. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Experience working as a Financial Planner/Adviser. \n
- Demonstrable ability to build and develop client relationships. \n
- Evidence of generating new business and growing a client portfolio. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and wealth management. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Financial Planner applicants should have established experience advising private clients and managing their own client relationships. \n
- Ideally Chartered (Level 6) through the CII or CISI \n
