A Financial Advisory firm is actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day running of the office. You will be a key player in overseeing Operations to deliver optimised workflows and maintaining the compliance and profitability of the firm.

You Will be Responsible For:

• Liaising with the FCA to ensure the firm is compliant
\n
• Actively managing and organising staff incentives
\n
• Assisting with the production of Management and Company Accounts
\n

We Are Looking For:

• You must have previous experience in a Financial Advisory or Financial Planning organisation
\n
• Strong track record of managing small-to-medium-sized teams
\n
• Capable of maintaining excellent attention to detail and time management with a methodical approach to tasks
\n
