Residential ConveyancerSalary: £45,000 to £50,000 per year DOEHybrid working available We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well established law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a supportive team offering hybrid working and the opportunity to continue developing their career.The role: • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion• Handling a range of sales and purchases• Dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions• Managing searches, enquiries and all relevant conveyancing documentation• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other solicitors• Keeping clients updated throughout the conveyancing process• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and deadlines are met• Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management systemAbout you: • Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer preferred, although experienced non qualified candidates will also be considered• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process• Confident communicating with clients and third parties• Highly organised with good attention to detail• Able to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a wider teamWhat's on offer: • Salary of £45,000 to £50,000 DOE• Generous company benefits• Supportive and professional working environment• Opportunity to join an established law firm• Long term career development and progression If you're an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity, we'd be keen to hear from you.
