Join our esteemed Real Estate team, renowned for its expertise in residential development and listed in Tier 3 of the Legal 500. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our thriving Development team. This role offers the opportunity to support our developer clients through the full lifecycle of development projects.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Advise on strategic site acquisitions and disposals.
\n
• Handle conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements.
\n
• Manage planning and Section 106 agreements.
\n
• Oversee infrastructure and utility arrangements.
\n
• Conduct plot sales and ongoing site disposals.
\n
• Work alongside highly experienced Partners, contributing to complex transactions and client interactions.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, FILEX, or CILEX with at least 2 years PQE in real estate, specifically in residential development.
\n
• Proven experience managing complex real estate transactions.
\n
• Strong knowledge of property development processes including land acquisition, planning, and sales.
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
\n
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
\n
• Proficiency with legal case management systems is desirable.
\n
