Have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding property department based in Chelmsford.

As a Residential Property Solicitor , you will manage a caseload of both residential property matters.

The Role

\n
• Dealing with all aspects of residential property including sales and purchases
\n
• Freehold and leasehold transactions, Remortgage, Lease extensions , Transfer of equity, new build
\n
• Liaising with clients and external professionals
\n
• Use of case management system
\n
• The role will involve marketing and business development
\n
• Providing exceptional client care
\n

The Candidate

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE
\n
• Technically skilled Residential Property matters
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
\n
• IT skills including Microsoft applications , case management systems
\n
• Excellent team player with excellent customer care skills
\n
