Join our dynamic but traditional friendly, legal team as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Farnborough. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced individual who is confident in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

    \n
  • Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • \n
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • \n
  • Draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
  • \n
  • Conduct searches, prepare reports on title, and deal with Land Registry applications.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm’s case management system.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • \n
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
