Financial Adviser

Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Norwich

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Recruit UK is working in partnership with a well established financial planning firm that is continuing to grow its adviser team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced Financial Advisers and Level 4 qualified professionals looking to take the next step into advising.

You'll benefit from an existing client bank, full paraplanning and administration support, ongoing salary reviews and genuine career progression within a supportive business.

As a Financial Adviser, you will:

• Conduct client meetings and build long term relationships.
\n
• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
\n
• Understand clients' objectives and recommend suitable financial solutions.
\n
• Manage and develop an existing client bank while identifying opportunities for new business.
\n
• Complete annual reviews and provide an ongoing advice service.
\n
• Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams.
\n
• Ensure advice meets FCA and company compliance standards.
\n

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
\n
• Experienced Financial Adviser or Level 4 qualified professional looking to move into advising.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
\n
• A client focused approach.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
