- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department \n
- Allocate work to Vehicle Technicians and supervise their workflow \n
- Motivate and lead a team to ensure high standards of safety, productivity, and quality \n
- Work closely with Service Advisors to plan and manage customer bookings effectively \n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction \n
- Monitor and maintain technical quality control, ensuring workshop targets are met \n
- Prioritise health and safety compliance within the workshop environment \n
- Maintain efficient communication between departments to achieve smooth workflow \n

- Proven track record of managing a successful automotive workshop for at least three years \n
- Experience within a franchise-approved dealership or similar environment preferred \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Strong leadership and team management abilities \n
- Results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency \n
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills \n
- IT literacy and organisational skills \n
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points \n
- Residing in Bristol or within reasonable commuting distance \n
