Property Litigation Solicitor (Full or Part time considered) – Southampton

Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) looking to take that step up in your career with one of the largest regional law firms?

This Legal 200 law firm based in central Southampton are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Disputes Resolution department acting for a wide of matters for high net worth individuals, local and regional businesses and various national household brands on both residential and commercial property litigation matters.

You will be advising clients on wide spectrum of property related disputes including covenants, easements, boundaries, enforcement of agreements for lease/sale and we regularly conduct and defend possession proceedings; landlord and tenant (eg 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) This firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
