Acting as the face of the business, you will oversee front-of-house operations while ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely with senior stakeholders, employees and external suppliers, you will play a key role in fostering a professional, welcoming and well-organised office environment.The Role This is a varied position combining reception management, office operations, facilities coordination, employee engagement and health & safety responsibilities. - Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and guests \n
- Delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience \n
- Managing meeting room bookings, set-up and hospitality requirements \n
- Coordinating catering for meetings and events \n
- Overseeing post, couriers and deliveries \n
- Ensuring reception and communal areas are maintained to an exceptional standard \n

- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment \n
- Liaising with landlords, building management and contractors \n
- Coordinating office maintenance, repairs and workplace improvements \n
- Managing office supplies, stationery, kitchen provisions and equipment \n
- Supporting office moves, workspace planning and onboarding logistics \n
- Identifying opportunities to enhance workplace efficiency and employee experience \n

- Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers \n
- Monitoring service levels and vendor performance \n
- Coordinating contract renewals and supplier reviews \n
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring value for money across services \n

- Planning and coordinating internal events and employee engagement initiatives \n
- Organising seasonal celebrations, team-building activities and company events \n
- Supporting company-wide meetings, presentations and town halls \n
- Helping to foster a positive and collaborative office culture \n

- Acting as the office Health & Safety lead \n
- Coordinating workplace risk assessments and compliance activities \n
- Managing fire safety procedures, drills and emergency protocols \n
- Maintaining workplace safety records and documentation \n
- Supporting wellbeing initiatives and workplace best practice \n
- \n
- Previous experience within Office Management, Facilities Management, Workplace Experience or a similar role \n
- Experience overseeing reception and front-of-house operations \n
- Strong knowledge of workplace health & safety and office compliance \n
- Experience coordinating events and employee engagement initiatives \n
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities \n
- A hands-on, service-focused approach \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint \n
