Partner level Legal PA required for a Leading law firm to work in Private Client / Art and Luxury Assets law.

Duties consist of:
\n
\n - Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the Fee Earners
\n
\n
\n - Full proactive and advanced international calendar management
\n
\n
\n - Supporting Fee Earners in the smooth running of the client/matter life cycle
\n
\n
\n - Developing a strong working knowledge of the Firm's billing systems
\n
\n
\n - Full management of travel for assigned Fee Earners, ensuring business travel is booked via the Firm's in-house provider.
\n
\n
\n - Supporting Fee Earners in preparing content and presentations for clients and prospective clients.
\n
\n
This role requires previous Legal PA experience ideally within Private Client or similar !
\n
