As a temporary Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by handling essential administrative tasks. This role is based in central Edinburghand supports the not-for-profit industry with efficient and organised secretarial and business support.

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including correspondence handling. \n
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance. \n

- Maintain databases and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate. \n
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required. \n
- Order office supplies and ensure resources are well-stocked. \n
- Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks. \n
