Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
Product Marketing Manager
\n£80 –90k Basic
\nFully Remote, UK
\nB2B SaaS
\nBuilt Microsoft 365
\n\nThe product is proven. The market is there. The product marketing function isn’t.
\nThat’s where you come in.
\nYou’ll shape the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for an established B2B SaaS platform used by enterprise clients.
\nNot inherit someone else’s playbook.
\nBuild the one that drives the next stage of growth.
\nThis profitable, product-led SaaS business has an established enterprise customer base and a sophisticated knowledge platform built natively within Microsoft 365.
\nThe product brings knowledge management, enterprise search, intranets, extranets, client portals and embedded AI together within one platform.
\nThe technology is established. The product team is strong. Recent enterprise sales performance is moving firmly in the right direction.
\nWhat’s missing is a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to connect the product, market and commercial story.
\n\nWhat you’ll own
\nYou’ll define how the platform is positioned, who it is for and why buyers should choose it.
\nThat includes:
\n- \n
- Positioning, messaging, personas and competitive intelligence. \n
- Go-to-market strategy, product-led campaigns and demand generation. \n
- Sales enablement including decks, battlecards, guides, case studies and proposals. \n
Your success will not be measured by website traffic, content volume or how many campaigns you launched.
\nIt will be measured by qualified opportunities and the contribution product marketing makes to revenue.
\nYou’ll work directly with Product, Sales and senior leadership, with regular access to customers and prospects. You’ll use those conversations to sharpen the message, improve campaigns and feed genuine market insight back into the roadmap.
\nYou’ll also become one of the visible faces of the product.
\nThat could mean delivering a webinar, running a product demonstration, presenting at an industry event or confidently answering detailed questions from enterprise buyers.
\nThere are typically several UK and international events each year, including occasional travel to the US.
\n\nThis probably suits you if…
\nYou’ve spent at least three years specifically within Product Marketing for a B2B software or SaaS business.
\nNot general marketing with occasional product content.
\nYou understand positioning, messaging, enterprise buying journeys, go-to-market planning and sales enablement. You can also show how your work influenced pipeline, qualified leads or revenue.
\nExperience around Microsoft 365, SharePoint, knowledge management, enterprise search, digital workplace technology or content platforms would be particularly valuable.
\nYou’ll need to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
\nOne day you may be challenging the market positioning with senior leaders. The next, you could be writing a landing page, improving a sales deck or preparing for a product demonstration.
\nYou’ll also need enough confidence to challenge strong opinions rather than simply agreeing with them.
\nThis is a flat, direct and highly technical environment. You’ll have access to senior decision-makers, but you’ll be expected to hold your own.
\n\nWhat you’ll get
\n- \n
- £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary. \n
- Fully remote working anywhere in the UK. \n
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. \n
- Flexible working and direct access to senior leadership. \n
- The freedom to build a genuine product marketing function. \n
- A visible role around Microsoft 365, enterprise knowledge and AI. \n
This is not a marketing coordination role and it will not suit someone whose experience is mainly B2C, PPC, social media management or generic campaign delivery.
\nIt is an opportunity to shape how an established enterprise product is understood, bought and taken to market.
\nYour CV does not need to be perfect or completely up to date.
