Conveyancing Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded residential property team based in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic role for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within a busy, supportive and high-performing law firm known for its strong local reputation and consistent workflow.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, working alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners in a collaborative environment where progression is actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:• Supporting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and new build matters• Managing files from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision• Drafting contracts, raising enquiries and dealing with replies• Carrying out searches, land registry applications and SDLT submissions• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions• Providing a high level of client care and regular updates

Key Requirements:• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively• Excellent communication and organisational skills• A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in property law
