Key Responsibilities

\n
• Coordinate fabrication tasks from cutting lists ready for Assembly
\n
• Act as a central production contact, collaborating on fabrication design to optimise manufacturing plans
\n
• Manage workspace efficiency, preparing aluminium profiles
\n
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings to ensure precise component dimensions
\n
• Prepare and check finished fabrications, flagging any material defects or structural tolerance issues
\n
• Assist with workshop inventory tracking to ensure necessary profiles and hardware are always available
\n
• Monitor machinery performance, ensuring all routers, saws, and drills meet required safety standards
\n
• Meet strict quality standards
\n

Highly Desirable

\n
• Proven experience in aluminium or metal fabrication
\n
• Ability to read, interpret, and adapt production workflows from technical drawings and design schemes
\n
• Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills across different machinery and production runs
\n
• Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with design teams and floor managers
