- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. \n
- Analyse current workflows and recommend solutions for optimisation. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes. \n
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of implemented improvements. \n
- Provide training and guidance to staff on continuous improvement methodologies. \n
- Develop and maintain documentation for new and updated processes. \n
- Support compliance with industry standards and regulations in all initiatives. \n

Profile
\nA successful CI Engineer should have:

- A strong foundation in industrial or manufacturing processes. \n
- Green belt Six Sigma \n
- Worked with value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, Step process, 5S, Process flows, Lean Audits \n
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities. \n
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements. \n
