Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our HR Manager in all areas of human resources. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment and has a passion for HR processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Monitor the HR inbox and categorise incoming items to ensure efficient processing.
  • \n
  • Update and maintain records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • \n
  • Administer the Time & Attendance (T&A) system, including data entry and updates.
  • \n
  • Arrange interviews, liaise with candidates, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • \n
  • Raise contracts and prepare new starter packs, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • \n
  • Track employee absences and lateness, providing support in managing these records.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with third-party Occupational Health providers for surveillance appointments.
  • \n
  • Liaise with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • \n
  • Maintain and update various HR data and tracking spreadsheets to support HR operations.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • \n
  • Qualification in HR or related discipline is advantageous.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • \n
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
  • \n
