37 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with 4pm finish on a Friday
\nOvertime – time and a half Mon-Sat and double time Sunday

\n\nProduction Coordinator, Kirkbymoorside
\nYou will co-ordinate and support shop floor activities for the manufacture of subsea components.
\nProduction Coordinator duties will include:
\n- \n
- Coordinate the release of production orders from Stores to the shop floor. \n
- Monitor the progress of production builds and provide status updates as required. \n
- Track the location and availability of kits, components and sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process. \n
- Receive and verify kits and shortages from Stores, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies. \n
- Maintain accurate kit tracking, shortage and production status records. \n
- Support Production Supervisors, Lead Hands and Technicians with day-to-day operational requirements. \n
- Liaise with Stores, Purchasing, Engineering and Quality departments to resolve production-related issues. \n
- Expedite materials, parts and documentation to support production schedules. \n
- Generate and issue job cards, work instructions and production documentation through the ERP system. \n
- Assist with workload planning and prioritisation of production activities. \n
- Monitor material shortages and escalate risks that could impact delivery schedules. \n
- Support inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) control activities. \n
What you need to be successful as a Production Coordinator:-

- Technical knowledge \n
- Good eye for detail \n
- Competent in the use of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel \n
- Experience of Microsoft Navision (Business Central) or similar ERP/MRP system \n
- Previous experience in a similar role \n
- Previous technical or mechanical experience (desirable) \n
