FULLY REMOTE: Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (3–6 PQE) - Up to £70,000Remote Solicitor Position at Highly-Regarded Somerset-Based firm A long-established and forward-thinking Somerset law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3-6 years' PQE) to join its growing team in a remote capacity. An opportunity to join a respected regional practice that combines the stability of an established firm with the flexibility, autonomy, and ambition of a modern working environment.The Role: You will manage a varied and high-quality Private Client caseload, with a strong focus on estate administration (essential recent experience required) alongside broader advisory work. Typical matters will include:\n

• Wills and estate planning
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Inheritance Tax planning and advice
\n
• Estate administration (including complex and taxable estates)
\n
• Trust creation and lifetime planning
\n
• Court of Protection and deputyship matters
\n
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients
\n
• Cross-border or foreign asset estates (desirable but not essential)
\n

Ideal Pre-Requisites: You ideally will be:\n

• A Solicitor (3–6 PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive (essential)
\n
• STEP/TEP qualified (desirable but not essential)
\n
• Experienced in managing your own Private Client caseload
\n

You will also demonstrate:\n

• Strong technical knowledge of core Private Client areas
\n
• Recent, hands-on estate administration experience (essential)
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
