Overview\nWe are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the sales team and ensure the smooth processing of vehicle sales from order to delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and providing excellent administrative support within a busy automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Process vehicle orders accurately and efficiently. \n
- Prepare sales invoices, vehicle registration documents, and finance paperwork. \n
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments. \n
- Ensure vehicle files are complete and compliant before handover. \n
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and registration processes. \n
- Maintain accurate records on dealership management systems. \n
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting. \n
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA requirements where applicable. \n

- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Vehicle Sales Administrator, or similar administrative role. \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. \n
- Experience working with dealership management systems is advantageous. \n

- Automotive dealership experience. \n
- Knowledge of vehicle registration and sales processes. \n
- Familiarity with finance documentation and compliance procedures. \n
- Experience with systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop, or similar DMS platforms. \n

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail. \n
- Strong administrative and data-entry skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
