Accounts Payable Supervisor

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Supervisor to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Processing invoices (700+ per month)
\n
• Preparing payment runs
\n
• Expenses
\n
• Supervising 3 junior members of staff
\n
• Reconciliation of key supplier statements
\n
• Ad-hoc finance work
\n
• System - Sage Intacct, Procure Wizard & Birchstreet
\n

Profile:

The successful, temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor will have experience in hospitality and 4+ years of Accounts Payable Experience.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Our client are a fast paced Hospitality Company based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor role will be paying circa £20-£25 per hour, dependant on experience.
