Role Overview\nYou’ll provide personalised client servicing and administrative support across new business, client reviews, investment tracking and day to day operations. This is a hands on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, high-quality private wealth environment.

- Client servicing & personalised support \n
- Preparing documentation & maintaining accurate records \n
- Attending client meetings; providing updates \n
- Coordinating admin tasks & tracking investments \n
- Supporting planners across the full product range \n
- Managing LOAs, provider liaison & client communication \n
- Preparing pre-meeting packs & processing post-meeting actions \n
- Producing review letters \n
- Handling group scheme renewals & new scheme setups \n
- Managing general admin, stationery, post & provider correspondence \n

- 2+ years financial services experience \n
- Strong communication & organisation \n
- High attention to detail \n
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office) \n
- Team-focused, client centric \n
- FCA knowledge (desirable) \n
- Senior admin/paraplanning exposure (desirable) \n
