Practice Manager £50,000 - £60,000London, UKPermanent - Hybrid Working Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of their business. Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead business operations, drive process improvements and ensure the business operates efficiently within a regulated environment. You will also be responsible for HR and compliance functions. • Oversee the daily running of the business.
\n
• Partner with the Directors to support business growth.
\n
• Improve operational processes and workflows.
\n
• Produce and analyse MI reporting.
\n
• Manage HR, recruitment and employee administration.
\n
• Lead and develop a team of 10–15 employees.
\n
• Support payroll and financial administration.
\n
• Oversee compliance, client files and suitability reporting.
\n
• Manage business systems and SaaS platforms.
\n
• Coordinate projects, suppliers and office facilities.
\n

Who you are:\n

\n
• Previous experience in an Office, Operations or Practice Manager role within financial services.
\n
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
\n
• Strong knowledge of MI reporting and business performance.
\n
• Confident using CRM and SaaS platforms.
\n
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
\n
• Experience managing teams and supporting senior leaders.
\n
• Comfortable supporting payroll and financial administration.
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Proactive, hands-on and able to manage competing priorities.
