Audit Senior – Responsibilities

Audit delivery

• Plan and lead audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations.
\n
• Deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget.
\n

Client relationships

\n
• Build strong working relationships with clients as a trusted point of contact during audits.
\n
• Spot opportunities to add value for clients beyond the statutory audit.
\n

Team support & development

\n
• Supervise and support junior staff on assignments, reviewing work and giving constructive feedback.
\n
• Play an active role in the Liverpool office's collaborative team culture.
\n

Technical & compliance

\n
• Stay current with auditing standards and regulatory change.
\n
• Assist managers and partners with technical matters and file reviews.
\n

Audit Senior – Requirements

\n
• ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist.
\n
• Audit experience gained at a Big 4 firm, mid-tier or within general practice.
\n
• Strong client-facing skills and confidence managing audit fieldwork.
\n
• Ambition to progress toward Audit Manager.
\n
