- Manage a busy mixed caseload of claimant medical negligence files from instruction through to resolution \n
- Work predominantly from home while remaining closely connected to the wider team \n
- Build strong, trusting relationships with vulnerable clients \n
- Supervise and mentor more junior colleagues where appropriate \n
- Genuine responsibility with strong opportunities for career progression \n

- Managing a busy mixed caseload of claimant medical negligence files from initial instruction through to resolution \n
- Conducting detailed legal research and case analysis \n
- Liaising with medical experts, counsel, the court and other parties to proceedings \n
- Providing clear, empathetic and client-focused advice, keeping clients informed and supported throughout \n
- Securing the best possible outcomes using advanced litigation and negotiation skills \n
- Supporting business development through professional relationships, referrers and occasional networking events \n
- Supervising, mentoring and supporting more junior colleagues, apprentices and trainee solicitors \n
- \n
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE, or a Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience \n
- Demonstrable experience managing claimant medical negligence cases independently \n
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable clients \n
- Organised, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously within a remote environment \n
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to departmental success \n
- An interest in supporting and developing less experienced colleagues \n
- Willing to travel to Norwich when required for induction, team meetings and client or departmental needs \n
