Residential Conveyancer – Southport (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location: Southport (Hybrid working available)

Job Type: Permanent, Full or part-time

We are working with a Southport firm of Solicitors, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILeX to join their established team in Southport.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a mixed residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 90 files, supported by a modern working environment and the Leap case management system.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring high-quality client service and efficient file progression. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, organised, and able to maintain momentum across a busy caseload.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILeX
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across all residential conveyancing matters
\n
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload confidently
\n
• Practising Certificate required
\n
