HR Business Partner Salary: Up to £45,000 per annumLocation: Hybrid Working (office and home-based)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a growing organisation in as a HR Business Partner. This is a broad generalist role responsible for delivering operational HR support, managing employee relations matters, and partnering with managers to drive effective people practices across the business.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance, and helping to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & HR Support\n

- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes. \n
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice. \n
- Support organisational change initiatives and employee consultation processes where required. \n
- Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR decision-making across the business. \n

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities. \n
- Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives. \n
- Manage contractual changes and employee records. \n
- Support performance management processes and development planning. \n
- \n
- Produce and analyse HR metrics including:\n
- \n
- Absence levels \n
- Employee turnover \n
- Recruitment activity and costs \n
- Internal progression and mobility \n
\n - Use people data to identify trends and recommend improvements. \n
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance. \n
- \n
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes. \n
- Partner with managers to enhance employee experience and retention. \n
- Promote a positive and inclusive working environment. \n
- \n
- Review and improve HR processes, systems, and procedures. \n
- Contribute to HR projects and wider business improvement initiatives. \n
- Drive best practice and help develop high-performing teams. \n
- \n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role. \n
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently. \n
- Experience partnering with managers and influencing stakeholders at different levels. \n
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n
- \n
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. \n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability. \n
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics. \n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail. \n
- Proactive, approachable, and confident in challenging constructively when appropriate. \n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. \n
- \n
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience). \n
- Ongoing commitment to personal and professional development. \n
