The role:

The firm is known for its work in this area, supporting Housing Associations, Registered Providers and private landlords with the management of their portfolios. Your caseload will include typical matters such as disrepair claims, possession, succession, lease and service charge disputes. The team is known for some of the highest value cases of their kind heard in UK courts, so exposure to some very interesting cases is a real possibility.

You:

We are inviting applications from those who:

• Have gained previous Landlord & Tenant experience as a Solicitor in another firm with strong links to Housing Associations
\n
• Are driven individuals, looking to build a career in this area of litigation
\n
• Can demonstrate strong organisational and IT skills
\n
• Have at least 1 year of PQE, though more experienced individuals are encouraged to apply
