Production Assembler

Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer and is looking for a Production Assembler to support board-level assembly and box build activities. • PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering
\n
• Cable assembly using crimp tools
\n
• Electro-mechanical assembly
\n
• Working from BOMs and technical drawings to meet required standards
\n
• PCBA rework
\n

Production Assembler Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n

\n
• Knowledge or experience of IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards
\n
• Competent in PTH/SMT soldering to at least IPC 610 Class 2
\n
• Strong component recognition skills
\n
• Experience working with fine-pitch components under a microscope
\n
• Able to manage and prioritise workload effectively
\n
• Inspection experience is an advantage but not essential
