Production Operative (Powder Coating)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company.

This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience.

Duties will include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
\n
• Manufacturing custom products to specification
\n
• Powder coating products and preparing items for finishing
\n
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
\n
• Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
\n
• Carrying out quality checks throughout production
\n
• Loading and unloading materials and stock
\n
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
\n
• Supporting the wider production and warehouse team as required
\n

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience
\n
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
\n
• Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
\n
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
\n
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
\n

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with consistent daytime hours.Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

This will start as a temporary contract with the view to go permanent after successful probation period.
