- Conduct major and minor repairs on heavy goods vehicles \n
- Undertake regular inspections and preventive maintenance services \n
- Maintain workshop inventory and ensure cleanliness standards are met \n
- Assist diagnosis and plan repairs in collaboration with repair teams \n
- Complete and maintain accurate repair and service records \n
- Process warranties and escalate claims when necessary as a HGV Technician \n
- Perform wheel alignment and tyre fitting tasks \n
- Complete all relevant documentation efficiently within set timeframes \n
- Work proactively to meet the needs of customers and the business \n

- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair \n
- At least 1 to 2 years of practical post-qualification experience \n
- Strong commitment to producing high-quality work in a busy environment \n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team \n
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach \n
- Motivated to meet team targets and achieve excellence \n
- Individuals with an HGV driving licence will be viewed favourably but it is not essential \n
