Role Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to support maintenance works within a school setting during the summer holiday period. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work over the summer in a friendly and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out internal painting and decorating across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
\n
• Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
\n
• Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times, particularly within a school setting
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience in painting and decorating
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and conscientious
\n
• Basic knowledge of health & safety practices
\n
• Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain (due to school environment)
\n
