Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for an Accountant to join a growing forward thinking accountancy practice based in the Brighton & Hove area on a full time, permanent contract.

This is a client-facing role focused on building relationships, providing strategic financial advice and acting as a trusted partner to business owners, rather than carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance work.

Key Duties

• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
\n
• Build strong relationships and provide commercial financial advice
\n
• Review and discuss management accounts, identifying opportunities and risks
\n
• Lead quarterly and annual planning discussions
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service
\n
• Monitor client accounts, renewals and engagement
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• ACA or ACCA qualified (preferred or at final stages)
\n
• Previous accountancy practice experience in a client-facing role
\n
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
\n
• Experience reviewing management accounts
\n
