Senior Associate – Top 100 Firm – Employment Law – Up to £90,000 – Bristol We are currently instructed on a senior opportunity within a highly regarded national Legal 500 firm, for an experienced Employment Solicitor seeking to step into a Senior Associate position within a well-established and growing team in Bristol. This is a role positioned within a practice known for its strength in advising public sector bodies, healthcare organisations, and large institutional clients, offering a breadth of contentious and non-contentious employment, both technically demanding and commercially significant.The Role: You will join a collaborative and well-resourced employment team, advising on a wide range of matters including:\n

  • Complex employee relations issues and strategic HR advisory work
  • \n
  • Employment tribunal litigation, often involving high-value and reputationally sensitive claims
  • \n
  • Restructuring, redundancy and organisational change projects
  • \n
  • Discrimination, whistleblowing and senior exits
  • \n
  • Policy development and governance within regulated environments
  • \n

Ideal Pre-Requisites: We are keen to speak with solicitors who:\n

  • Have 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (with flexibility for strong candidates)

  • Are confident handling both contentious and advisory work
  • \n
  • Have experience working with public sector or large institutional clients (desirable, not essential)
  • \n
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and client-facing ability
  • \n
  • Are looking to step into, or further develop within, a Senior Associate role
