Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Team are delighted to be working with a well-established forge manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit Manufacturing Operatives on a permanent basis.

As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a key role in the production process, working safely and efficiently to produce high-quality forged components.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing and forging machinery
\n
• Loading and unloading materials safely
\n
• Carrying out visual quality inspections of finished products
\n
• Using hand and power tools where required
\n
• Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards
\n
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work
\n
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
\n
• Supporting colleagues and assisting with other production duties as required
\n

\n
• Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production or heavy industrial environment
\n
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
\n
• The ability to work in a physically demanding role
\n
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• A flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts
\n
• FLT or overhead crane experience would be advantageous but is not essential
\n

Week 1 - Early Shift

\n
• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:15pm
\n
• Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm
\n

Week 2 - Night Shift

\n
• Sunday: 10:15pm - 6:15am
\n
• Monday to Thursday: 10:15pm - 6:15am
\n

Week 3 - Late Shift

\n
• Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
\n
• Friday: 12:45pm - 6:45pm
\n
