Group Commercial & Finance Director

Reed Finance is working on behalf of a growing multi-site care provider seeking a Group Commercial & Finance Director to drive performance and support ambitious expansion plans.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy. You will take ownership of commercial and financial performance across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring financial discipline while working closely with operational teams to enhance results.

Alongside core leadership responsibilities, you will play a central role in shaping long-term strategy, supporting expansion activity, and establishing scalable systems to underpin future growth.

This is a senior, high-impact role with Board exposure, combining financial leadership, operational improvement, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitability, occupancy and overall commercial performance

• Lead finance, including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
\n
• Partner with operations to improve site-level results
\n
• Support acquisitions, due diligence and integration
\n
• Deliver clear KPI reporting and business insight
\n
• Strengthen controls, governance and reporting frameworks
\n
• Lead and develop central teams and senior stakeholders

About You

• Senior leadership experience in the care sector (ideally a multi-site environment)

• Strong commercial and financial acumen
\n
• Proven track record improving performance and profitability
\n
• Confident operating at Board level
\n
• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) desirable
\n
